    We manage scheduling and invoicing through Time to Pet, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

  • We proudly serve the vibrant towns of Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs, and Edgartown (sorry, Chappaquiddick friends, you’re just a little too far off our map).

    For our West Tisbury and Chilmark clients, we may add a $5-10 per visit fee to cover additional gas and travel time. If you’re in Aquinnah, our availability is very limited.

    We’ll do our best to accommodate your location—reach out to discuss what works best for you!

  • If you have more than one dog, a Meet & Greet might be required. Think of it as a fun blind date—but with your pets! It’s a relaxed opportunity to chat about schedules, home entry details, and your pet’s unique quirks (or hidden talents!).

    There’s no pressure to book—it’s simply a way for us to get to know each other and ensure we’re the right fit for your furry family. We won’t bring flowers, but we’ll bring plenty of love for your pets.

  • Credit cards are our go-to for payments, though we’re happy to accept Venmo as well. Easy, convenient, and hassle-free—just the way we like it!

  • If you need to cancel your dog’s walk or kitty visit, just let us know by 8 a.m. on the day of the service for a smooth adjustment.

    Instead of refunds, we’ll apply the value of the canceled service as a credit to your account, which can be used for future bookings. That way, your pup or kitty still gets to enjoy some fun!

    Important Note: Credits expire one month from the cancellation date, so don’t let them go to waste—just like you wouldn’t leave a treat unattended!

    If you cancel after 8 a.m., the full service fee will apply, and no credits or refunds can be issued. Thank you for understanding!

  • To reserve your pet’s staycation, a non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance due two weeks before the start of your reservation. For full billing details, including cancellation and payment policies, please don’t hesitate to inquire directly. We’re happy to provide all the information you need!

  • We offer flexible time windows to ensure your dog gets the care they need without the stress of rigid scheduling. Our dog walking time windows are:

    • Early Morning: 6-8 AM

    • Morning: 8:30-10:30 AM

    • Mid-day: 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM

    • Afternoon: 2:30-4:30 PM

    • Early Evening: 4:30-6:30 PM

    • Bedtime: 7:30 - 9:30 PM

    These windows allow us to accommodate varying needs while navigating the occasional curveball, like weather changes or road closures. Rest assured, your dog will always get the attention and exercise they deserve within your preferred time frame.

  • We always prioritize your dog’s safety and comfort. In extreme conditions like thunderstorms, hail, heavy rain, or snow, we’ll adjust as needed. Depending on your dog’s breed, age, and personal preferences, we might switch to a potty break or a shorter walk to keep them safe and happy.

  • To keep things secure, we don’t store keys in our home office. Instead, we recommend using a lockbox or a hide-a-key solution. It’s easy, safe, and sets the stage for all your pet’s adventures to begin!
